Privacy & Payment Policy - Adventure Flight Ltd
At Adventure Flight Ltd, we value your trust. This policy outlines how we handle your personal data,
booking process, payments, and your rights as a customer.

Flexible Payment Options That Fit Your Journey
We understand that travel plans require flexibility. That's why we offer installment-based booking
options to make your journey more manageable. A simple deposit secures your seat, allowing you to
plan the rest at your convenience.

Seat Security & Fare Adjustments
Seats reserved with partial payments are held temporarily and are subject to full payment before
final ticket issuance.
Airfares are dynamic and may vary due to changes in:
- Airline taxes
- Fuel surcharges
- Limited seat availability
If there is any change in the fare, we will notify you before issuing the final ticket - ensuring complete
transparency and no hidden costs.

Deposit & Payment Policy
- All deposits made at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable.
- Failure to complete the full payment by the specified deadline will result in:
- Forfeiture of the deposit
- Cancellation of the booking without prior notice
We recommend timely payment to avoid any fare adjustments, cancellations, or lost seats.
