1. Booking Quotes & Availability
All airfare quotes provided by AdventureFlight are subject to seat availability and price adjustments until tickets are officially issued. A price quote does not constitute a confirmed booking until full payment or required deposit is received.
2. Ticket Changes & Cancellations
Flight alterations, cancellations, and refund eligibility depend strictly on individual airline fare rules and conditions. Additional administrative fees or carrier penalties may apply upon rebooking.
3. Passports & Travel Documents
It is the passenger's sole responsibility to ensure valid passports, entry visas, transit permits, and required health documentation for all transit and final destination countries.
